Our products are food and supplements, so for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This is standard for anything your dog eats, and it protects every dog who orders after you.
If something arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, we will make it right.
Email pawbeanspteltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace it or refund it.
We want your dog to love what you ordered. If there is a problem, tell us. We would rather fix it than have you stuck with something that is not right.
